Who controls your information

APRODG SARL is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at contact@aprodigy.ma.

Information we collect

When you use our marketing contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional company, optional phone number, and message. We also record the site identifier, a sanitized source URL, language, and submission timestamp. The source URL excludes fragments, unrelated query parameters, and advertising click IDs.

For abuse prevention, we process the client IP address into an HMAC-hashed value. We retain the HMAC hash rather than the raw IP address.

Analytics, consent, and campaign attribution

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-MN4L6EQ40L) to understand how people use this site. Under basic Google Consent Mode v2, Google Analytics is not loaded or used until you accept optional cookies. If you accept, analytics storage is granted; advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization remain denied.

Before acceptance, we do not load the Google tag or send page views, custom events, or consent-state measurements to Google. Rejecting optional cookies keeps Analytics disabled. If you reject after accepting, the already-loaded script cannot be removed, but Analytics is disabled and no further analytics events are sent.

We do not send contact-form names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, messages, Cal.com booking details, or advertising click IDs as analytics event parameters. Initial GA4 page locations may include only recognized UTM fields. Unrelated query data, fragments, click IDs, and PII are excluded. Custom event page locations contain no query data or fragments, and IP anonymization is requested in the GA4 configuration. Recognized referral sources may be recorded only as a canonical source origin and, for this site, a canonical internal route. Query strings, fragments, arbitrary paths, and unrecognized origins are removed.

When you accept optional cookies, we keep first-touch campaign attribution during your browsing session. This includes only recognized UTM fields and the gclid or fbclid click identifier in session storage. Values are length-limited. Only UTM fields may be included in the sanitized contact source URL; click IDs are not sent with the form or as custom GA4 event parameters.

Your versioned analytics choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. You can review it at any time with Cookie settingsin the footer. Rejecting optional cookies keeps optional categories denied.

How we use and store it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand site use when permitted, and protect the form from abuse. Cal.com provides the consultation booking interface. Cloudflare Turnstile checks contact submissions for abuse. Contact submissions persist in PostgreSQL, and Notifuse sends an internal email notification to our team. These providers process data under their own services and privacy terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Contact submissions are currently retained indefinitely. You may request deletion by emailing contact@aprodigy.ma.

Session campaign attribution lasts for the browser session. The consent choice remains until you change it or clear site storage. GA4 data follows the retention settings configured in our Analytics property; we do not state a fixed period here.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect contact submissions against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No system can guarantee absolute security.
