Who controls your information

APRODG SARL is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at contact@aprodigy.ma.

Information we collect

When you use our marketing contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and message. We also record the site identifier, source URL, language, and submission timestamp.

For abuse prevention, we process the client IP address into an HMAC-hashed value. We retain the HMAC hash rather than the raw IP address.

How we use and store it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry and protect the form from abuse. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse. Contact submissions persist in PostgreSQL, and Notifuse sends an internal email notification to our team.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Contact submissions are currently retained indefinitely. You may request deletion by emailing contact@aprodigy.ma.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect contact submissions against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and contact
